They are the foundation of our support team which allows the Loan Originator to focus on their sales.
Loan Partners: Licensed Loan Originators help guide borrowers through their disclosures and conditional approvals. Our loan partners facilitate and maintain an Originators active pipeline, allowing the Originator to focus on their most crucial role, generating future business. Our data indicates when a client receives extra guidance and an extra professional voice at these critical junctures in their loan process, it greatly improves overall efficiency in the loan process and client satisfaction.
Lending Partners: We are a relationship-based company, and that extends to who we choose to originate with. A great majority of our business is done with companies and individuals that we have long-term ties to. Freedom Callers: A freedom caller makes phone calls to potential referral partners on behalf of the Loan Originators to create coffee appointments for the Originator to increase their referral base. With our Freedom Callers reaching out to schedule appointments with Realtors, Financial Planners, and other industry partners, our Loan Originators are able to get more freedom in their schedule, which allows more time for actual face-time with clients and potential partners in business.
